Guía programs and initiatives are created and led by women of color and gender expansive people of color, which leads to content that is meaningful, intentional, and relatable to the community.

Guía’s free, monthly programs are well-loved and attended by the community. Our programs include topics such as: educational, skill-building, social, and equity issues.
How is Guía changing product?
By creating opportunities that support educational and opportunity equity, Guía aims to provide a range of resources for women of color and gender-expansive POC to gain the skills they needs to break into tech.
Free educational programming for all - Free workshops and talks by industry professionals, as well as an online community for jobs, advice, and networking
Mentorship - Career accelerator program that pairs pre-career women of color and gender-expansive POC mentees with mentors working in product to build leaders in tech.
Job placement - By sharing job opportunities and providing career support, Guía aims to increase the number of WOC/GE POC in product.

Accelerator Program Partner
Our Career Accelerator Program is an opportunity for Women of Color and gender-expansive POC to be paired with mentors in the space and gain real-world experience in the field. For our next cohort, we are seeking mission-aligned partners in need of designers and researchers and interested in providing a meaningful opportunity for our mentees!

Submit an application to work with us and change the landscape of tech, it only takes 3 minutes! After completing the application, a Guía volunteer will reach out to schedule a time to chat.
